Taager is the first B2B startup built for social sellers operating in Saudi, Emirates, and Egypt markets. It empowers merchants—new and experienced—to sell online without needing capital, inventory, or operational skills. Taager handles everything: product sourcing, warehousing, shipping, cash collection, and customer service.

We wanted to increase the number of placed orders per month on our platform
Through this interviews, we wanted to check multiple things
Do they face any challenges in the ordering experience?
Are they satisfied with the profits they get monthly?
How can we motivate them to place more orders?
However, a key insight emerged: while around 90% of our merchants leverage the platform as a source of second income and are generally satisfied with their earnings, they lack the motivation to scale their order volume. The absence of strong incentives or compelling growth opportunities has resulted in a plateau in order frequency, rather than an upward trend.
Since they are using our platform as a source of second income, then a game with rewards might do the trick here!

Every week, merchants on Taager receive a unique challenge tailored specifically to their performance and history on the platform.
Merchants receive tailored challenges based on their Taager and challenges history, with personalized targets and rewards.
Goals increase weekly by a set percentage, ensuring steady growth and motivation.
2-Day Grace period accounts for delivery delays—orders placed during this time count toward the current challenge.
After the grace period, the challenge ends and we show if they won this challenge or not.
You might ask, what if they finished the target early? 🤔
I have got them covered as well :)
We introduced a "Profits Carnival" that gets unlocked when they finish their target early, and it will be active and giving them the rewards till the end of the challenge
Interesting, right?
To ensure fairness and accuracy, we shifted the challenge criteria from "placed orders" to "confirmed, delivered, and prepaid orders." This means merchants only receive rewards for real, verified orders, eliminating discrepancies and aligning incentives with actual business results.

We did around 3 - 4 iterations on the UI to keep them motivated and keep the rules clear
